1. Eligibility for Refunds
We may issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- If the paid service is not delivered as promised due to an error on our side
- If a verified technical issue on our platform prevents access to paid features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- If a subscription is canceled within the refund period defined below
2. Refund Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this period are generally not eligible.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not typically granted in the following situations:
- Change-of-mind requests after a successful purchase
- Failure to use the service during an active subscription period
- Issues caused by third-party software, browser restrictions, or tools not controlled by us
4. Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days
- If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
